Tips of the Trade

  1. Apply mulch to a depth of 2-4 inches without mounding up mulch around tree trunks
  2. Water new grass areas daily (about 1.5 inches weekly total)
  3. Aerate your lawn in the spring to help loosen the ground and allow the rainwater to better penetrate
